Joseph Hamilton & Seaton (JHS) worked with Ian Rodger Architects, Aberdeen and General & Technical Flooring Services Ltd, Aberdeen on Torry St Fittick's church’s restoration. Ian Rodger Architects had originally chosen a carpet from our Baccarat range but as it wasn’t going to be available in time, an alternative was chosen from our Tretford® range. The colour 567 Lagoon Blue was favoured as it closely matched the original colour choice and the interior designer appreciated it as an excellent option.
80% of Tretford® carpet roll fibres come from Cashmere goat hair, which is incredibly durable, unexpectedly soft and is naturally anti-static. The inherent properties of Tretford® improve air quality, acoustics and contribute towards energy savings, making it an ideal carpet for the church where high levels of footfall are a consideration. It is also an eco-friendly product.
Tretford carries a contract rated guarantee and complies with all current building regulations and associated requirements.
